Riiffs Taif is basically straight ginger to me. It has that sharp, spicy, fresh ginger character front and center, with a bright citrusy feel that keeps it energetic rather than heavy. If you like the Goldfield & Banks Ingenious Ginger DNA, this goes in that same direction with the ginger doing most of the work.
