2. Products and Fragrance Decants
KXG offers fragrance samples, decants, discovery products, and, when available, other fragrance-related products.
Unless otherwise stated, fragrance decants sold by KXG are independently prepared by KXG from authentic fragrance products and are transferred into separate sample containers.
KXG is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized representative of the fragrance brands whose products may be referenced or sampled on this website unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All trademarks, brand names, fragrance names, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for product identification and descriptive purposes.
Product packaging, sample vials, atomizers, labels, and presentation may differ from the manufacturer's original packaging.
3. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, fragrance information, photographs, sizes, pricing, and other information.
However, fragrance perception is subjective. Notes, performance, projection, longevity, and overall scent experience may vary between individuals and may also be affected by skin chemistry, environment, storage, application, reformulation, and other factors.
Descriptions regarding how a fragrance smells, performs, or may be worn are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
We do not guarantee that your experience with a fragrance will match descriptions, reviews, or opinions displayed on our website or social media channels.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities available for purchase
- Discontinue products at any time
- Restrict sales to certain customers, geographic areas, or jurisdictions
- Cancel orders when inventory is unavailable
- Correct inventory discrepancies
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that product.
An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and processed by KXG.
5. Pricing and Payment

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or modify the affected order.
If an order is canceled after payment because of a pricing or inventory error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping times provided by KXG are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, leaking products, incorrect orders, and final-sale products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
All fragrance decants, samples, discovery boxes, and other hand-filled fragrance products are considered final sale except where an order arrives damaged, significantly leaking, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise qualifies for a resolution under our Return & Refund Policy.
By purchasing from KXG, you acknowledge and agree to the Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, purchase requirements, product restrictions, or usage limits.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Discounts have no cash value
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
- Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued at any time
- Abuse or misuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of an order
